  Hmmm...very moody and emotional, Samara. I think that this story could be turned into a short story or novella; your plot is interesting, and makes me, as a reader, wonder what happened to this girl's father, how and why did she end up happy, and, was her life neat and blissful because her dad is now gone? All of that could be included in a longer story...I for one would love to read it!
