Hi Ferinhator.
I just read your story.
It made my eyes wet..and made me want to go pick up my almost two year old daughter, Lily, who is sleeping right now...and squeeze her tight.
There is one image in particular, one thing you said in your story..when your dad sees Avery with all the tubes.
I know that feeling. I have seen Lily with all these tubes.
When she was born, she had a bubble of air outside of her lungs.
I had NEVER been more scared and more in love in my life, and I'd only known Lily for a few minutes.
I'm sorry for your parents..it's an incredible and unbearable loss, but I think what you needs is absolutely fantastic.
