I liked your story. I liked the layers of the story. I liked that the child acknowledges the pirate living in the closet like it is another article of clothing--and congratulations on your new daughter.

I really liked this story...it made me all teary. There is a lot of story in between the layers (like Rebecca says), and it makes it so much the better for it. Excellent use of the artwork to compliment the story you were telling, and I loved the POV.

I loved it. It made me get tears in my eyes, and it was so beautiful. Just the right length. I would want my mom to come back from the land of dragons.
