  • VelcroLacey10 @hotdog_yum- I've read that book and loved it! :)

    @luminiere- I like Meg Cabot's books and I have read The Kind Of Friends We Used To Be before and liked it. I will check out the other books though. :)

    SydneyStyle35- I loved the Harry Potter series and maybe I will re-read it again. I got on Storybird because of my teacher as well! I saw the movie The Guardians of Ga'Hoole before and maybe I will read the books. :)

    @Smurfy- sounds like I should put it on my list of reads. :)

    @figment68- thanks! :)

    @GogoWriter- I have read the Percy Jackson series and I have read The Lost Hero. I loved them all but I haven't read any of the others. 2 of my friends LOVE these books. I like many books! I like the Hunger Games a lot or the Cupcake Diaries. I basically read books younger than my age, just my age, older and books I probably shouldn't read. LOl I just love books!

    @Peperuga and UncleJinks- I will have to try those out!

    @pepinito- So do I!

    @raibug- They sound good. I don't really have a specific genre of books that I like to read. I like the Hunger Games, The Cupcake Diaries and the Cinderella Cleaners. They are all series

    @PasqueFlower- Ok, I will add that to my list of things I need to read.

    @Scarletlfsca- I like Diary Of a Wimpy Kid as well. :)

    @GogoWriter again :)- I have never heard of that book but I will try it.

    @fancy_dress- I have read some of those books and enjoyed them a lot! I am in grade 7 as well. I read books above my age level all the time so I may like the series that you are talking about. I like romances and so does my older sister and my mom. I will ask my sister if she has read any of those books. :)

    @cayln23- I loved Umbrella Summer and The Hunger Games. If you read through the things I said above you may find some suggestions. :)

    @wecare- I am sorry but I cannot share my name just for safety reasons. I love Ally Carter's books! I have all of them on my Kobo E-reader. I will look at some of Jacqueline Wilson's books.

    @MiaLapko- You sound like me. Except I don't have a brother unless a male cat counts. :)

    @Peperuga again- I love Rold Dahl's books! They are so descriptive. :)

    @raibug- thank you!

    Everyone-
    Thank you so much for all the wonderful suggestions and comments! I wasn't on my laptop for a little while so when I came back I was overwhelmed with all of these awesome comments. :) Thank you for all of your hearts and this is way more than I expected. Phoenix Rising by Karen Hesse
    All-American Girl by Meg Cabot
    The Kind of Friends We Used to Be by Frances O'Roark Dowell
    Click Here by Denise Vega

    Sorry about the shortness... I'll think of more later.:) I know how it feels to not have absolutely any books to read.

  • SydneyStyle35 Great story VelcroLacey10! I loved it! You know how I found out about storybird? From my school! My teacher told us about this website called Storybird and we had to make a story and publish it! Also, the first one done with their story got to show it to the class, and I was the one that got to do it! :D :D :D Also, a book series I would suggest is called: The Guardians of Ga'hoole. Its about a band of four owls that go on amazing adventures and they have to fight for their kingdom. It's a great series! Another series I would suggest is: Harry Potter. It's so popular and the books are amazing! I hope you enjoy reading those series Velcro! Have a great time! :D
