@pandoramoonglow, I am sorry to hear things are hard to cope with for you, the years around 12 can be some of the most difficult you will experience... stay strong within yourself, try to concentrate on the things that are good in your life and you will find that even the darkest days pass and before you know it everything won't seem like such a struggle anymore. Finding someone you trust to talk to helps too.
@candygirl, around 12 tends to be an age when the world inside your head changes and it often makes people feel alone and as if they just don't fit in. The reality is that almost everyone feels the same way and even the most 'popular' kids have moments of self-doubt and issues with their friends, teachers or parents - most people get beyond it eventually, but it can be a bumpy road to get there. I just thought that if I'd known all of life's hard-won lessons at 12, my early teenage years would have been a lot easier and I hoped that by writing some of them down it might perhaps help others at that age just a little bit.

You gave a lot of advice and I will definitely put into practice. some things at school are not too good and some people make me feel left out and your story has told me that I shouldn't let other people control me and to show people who I am and that I should not hide the fact that I am a Christian.

I loved the "cold and hard" part. It reminds me of a character in the story I'm writing.
