A commetn i keep posting on my friends comment page keeps deleting itself, i didn;t deleter it and neither did she! What's going on??

niki2i514: some comments are deleted for safety reasons (ie. sharing personal information). What's the comment about?

@niki2i514: the mods noticed the link is connected to an email address. That's why it's deleted. We're not allowed, by law, to let that kind of sharing take place. It's simply too dangerous. (Even when you're sure it's not some sicko on the other end.) Sorry :(
Hi Mark,
I am a teacher, and love your site! This morning we experienced issues overall with our computers (using 13 in all) telling us the site was down. We got the Flock page.
Just wondering if it's something I need to be concerned with for the rest of the afternoon/this week, as I have three English classes per day. They are working on their student accounts.

@d_adas: Our servers had a minor freakout this morning. We cuddled with them for awhile and told them everything would be ok, which got them back to work. There shouldn't be any lasting effects. Sorry about the problems you experienced.

@niki2i514: Storybird, like most services that have members under 18, use moderators to comb through the service to remove nasty comments, stories, etc. Finding links is something they check into since it COULD be linking to a website that is inappropriate for our members. So, even though you guys are having what looks like a fine conversation, they still have to make sure everything is safe. Make sense?
@hopemcI: Yes. The Challenge is for writers over 18 years of age. By law, we can't run competitions for members under 13 years old.

Hi there, we are new to storybird and I changed my child's avatar to his picture but now decided that I don't want his picture as his avatar. I tried updating and changing it again and again but it kept saying my settings were updated but the picture I want to delete is still there. How to I change the avatar to another picture or just a bird. Thanks.

Every time I save my storybird when I am finished page 31 it does not save!
@coyotes: did you manage to solve the avatar problem?
@haydenb: are you still having trouble saving that page?
@6MEH: you have to take a screen capture and then drag the image from your desktop to the Word doc.
