Laughing, he took her hand and pulled her trough the tall, dry grass. She followed his every move, every step. Hand in hand, they approached the gazebo. He gazed deep into her wide, blue eyes, and saw something he had never seen before. Hurt. He studied her smile. Fake. She silently looked away. She pulled her hands out of his. "There is something I need to tell you," she admitted. "I- I'm engaged."
